Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marlo Stanfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amr Al As (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amr Al As has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Marlo Stanfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Amr Al As!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al As bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Stanfield throws a right and a left that both miss.
Stanfield keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Stanfield throws a shot from downtown. Al As moves away and avoids it.

Stanfield forces Al As back against the cage and clinches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Al As.
Al As has a couple of punches blocked by Stanfield.
Stanfield lands a nice uppercut.
Al As throws a head punch that misses.
Stanfield has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Al As is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Al As not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Al As working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Amr Al As has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Oh Stanfield is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Stanfield drops his hands momentarily. Al As doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Stanfield staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Stanfield doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Amr Al As!
Amr Al As seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
