The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods throws a head kick that misses.
Delacruz throws a big counter combination but Woods scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Woods drops Delacruz with a beautiful combination! Delacruz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Woods is looking for the KO!

It looks like Clair Delacruz has been cut.

Woods has managed to clinch.
Delacruz is trying to pull guard but Woods turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Delacruz tries to pull guard but Woods holds him up against the cage and eventually Delacruz drops back down to his feet.

Woods feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Delacruzs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Woods connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Delacruz tumbling to the canvas! Woods pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Delacruz was done - good stoppage!
