Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between TJ Mcgregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jejomar Binay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgregor lands a high kick!

It looks like Jejomar Binay has been cut.
Binay shoots in but Mcgregor avoids the takedown attempt easily.
No luck for Mcgregor with that takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mcgregor.
Binay shoots in but no luck this time.
Mcgregor closes the distance and clinches up with Binay, looking for a takedown. Mcgregor pushes Binay against the cage but Binay circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TJ Mcgregor. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mcgregor wants to take the fight to the mat but Binay manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Mcgregor has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Binay uses from the top position.

Mcgregor controls Binay momentarily but Binay frees himself.
Binay controls from within his opponent's guard.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Binay has eaten all the pies!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Mcgregor manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Binay tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Mcgregor has hold of one of Binay's legs. Binay is fighting the takedown attempt but Mcgregor gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Binay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mcgregor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mcgregor cracks Binay with a solid left hand.
Mcgregor won't allow Binay to sweep him here.
Binay is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Binay has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Mcgregor has passed into side control.
Mcgregor works to advance to full mount. Binay defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Mcgregor is working for a guillotine from mount but Binay frees his head quite easily.
Binay has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Binay prevents Mcgregor from getting a body triangle.
Mcgregor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mcgregor is really struggling to control Binay but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Binay tries to escape but Mcgregor has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Binay won't enjoy being in this position. Mcgregor looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Binay is tapping - it's over boys! Mcgregor picks up the submission victory!
