The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abduroundhouse looking to score a takedown here. Medina is defending well but Abduroundhouse drives through and ends up in Medina's guard.
Abduroundhouse got a little sloppy there for a moment and Medina has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Abduroundhouse has managed to get both his arms back between Medina's legs - danger averted.
Medina wants to stand up but Abduroundhouse is controlling him.

Medina is striking but Abduroundhouse is not phased and passes to half guard.
