The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster throws a predictable looking body shot
and Lou makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Foster shoots in and bounces Lou off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Lou working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Foster has passed into half guard!
Lou is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Foster tries to stand and escape but Lou is controlling the position.

Lou is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Foster has latched onto it... Big trouble! Foster pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Lou is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Foster!
