Sotto Jr avoids the body shot from Pietrzak.
Sotto Jr looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Pietrzak connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sotto Jr's hands.

Sotto Jr motions for Pietrzak to come forward. Sotto Jr throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Pietrzak rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sotto Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bartek Pietrzak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sotto Jr. Pietrzak does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sotto Jr lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sotto Jr slaps away a takedown attempt from Pietrzak, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sotto Jr misses with an uppercut. Pietrzak saw that one coming.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pietrzak takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Sotto Jr has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Pietrzak smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Pietrzak tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Pietrzak swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pietrzak bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sotto Jr's head backwards.
Sotto Jr throws a leg kick which misses Pietrzak's front leg but catches the back leg as Pietrzak tries to avoid it.
Good shot there by Pietrzak.

Good work by Sotto Jr as he checks the leg kick.
Pietrzak cracks Sotto Jr with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pietrzak takes a swing at Sotto Jr's ribcage but misses.
Pietrzak is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sotto Jr had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Pietrzak takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Pietrzak goes for a small jab and connects. Now Pietrzak goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Sotto Jr stumbles back but Pietrzak runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Sotto Jr to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Sotto Jr will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

A relieved looking Bartek Pietrzak thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
