The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medre tries to clinch there but Alexander circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Alexander changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Medre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like Ricario Medre has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Alexander cracks Medre with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Alexander immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Medre is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Alexander!
