Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maxim Alexandrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clubber Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clubber Lang has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Maxim Alexandrov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alexandrov clinches up against the cage.
Lang jumps guard but Alexandrov stands there with Lang around his waist. Lang gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Alexandrov has had enough of the clinch but Lang keeps him there for the moment.

Lang turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lang manages to end up in side control.

Lang has control of Alexandrov's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Alexandrov regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Lang had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Alexandrov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lang Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Alexandrov's back instead.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
