The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Set moves into the clinch successfully.
A nice left hand lands by Set.
Montoya could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Set blocking some punches.
Set creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Montoya's defenses.
It looks like Leif Montoya has been cut.
Set lands with a light punch inside.
Montoya's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Set scores with a shoulder strike.
Set working hard to break the clinch.
Set avoiding damage as Montoya throws knees to the body.
Set's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Set throws a right hand that Montoya ducks under and follows up with a left that Montoya also avoids with ease.
Montoya throws a big counter combination but Set scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Set is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Set rushes Montoya and presses him up against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Set wants to stand and escape but Montoya is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Set wants to get back to his feet but Montoya is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Montoya stays in close to Set's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Set throws a series of strikes that have Montoya backpedaling.
A head kick misses from Set.
It looked like Montoya wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Drip Set seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Set scores with a punch to the head.
Montoya is rocked!
Set plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Montoya to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Montoya just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
