Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Sigit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dolores Doremus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sigit might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gie. The Sigit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doremus shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Doremus lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Doremus is looking to take a break and control but Sigit is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Doremus drops an elbow to the side of Sigit's head.
Sigit moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Doremus distracts Sigit with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Doremus throwing strikes from guard but Sigit blocks nicely.
Doremus makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Sigit looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Sigit working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Doremus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Doremus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Doremus is wriggling around trying to escape.
Sigit with a couple of short strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Doremus tries to reverse the position but Sigit maintains control.
Sigit lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Doremus is working to get back to half guard.

Sigit working for a guillotine from mount but Doremus is in no mood to give up.
BOOM! Sigit connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Doremus is trying desperately to improve position.

Sigit breaks from Doremus's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Doremus is in all sorts of trouble here.
Doremus manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Doremus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Sigit is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Doremus sees it coming and defends easily.
Doremus on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Doremus is not content to let Sigit control the position.
Sigit with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Doremus is pressing down on Sigit's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Sigit won't allow Doremus to get back to his feet.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sigit accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sigit wants to pass the guard but Doremus is keeping the position.
Sigit postures up in Doremus's guard and throws a big left but Doremus blocks it.

Sigit has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Doremus to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sigit is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Doremus pulls down on the head and he's put Sigit to sleep! This one is all over!
