Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Everett Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sayid Abduroundhouse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sayid Abduroundhouse!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abduroundhouse slips a jab and a cross from Perez.
Perez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Perez throws a body punch but Abduroundhouse moves out of range.
Abduroundhouse misses with a takedown

and Perez holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Abduroundhouse is trying to drag Perez to the mat but Perez just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Everett Perez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sayid Abduroundhouse.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Perez has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Abduroundhouse uses from the top position.

Perez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Perez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Abduroundhouse can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Abduroundhouse pushes down on Perez's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Perez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Perez tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Abduroundhouse has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Perez is looking to improve his position but Abduroundhouse isn't that keen on the idea.

Abduroundhouse has hold of Perez's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Perez manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Abduroundhouse looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Perez is squirming around, avoiding Abduroundhouse's attempts to control the action.
Perez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Perez wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Perez tries to roll but Abduroundhouse sticks to his back.
Perez is keeping busy.
Perez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
You can see the frustration on Perez's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Abduroundhouse has managed to slip his arm under Perez's chin. This could be all over... yep, Perez is tapping out! Submission win for Abduroundhouse.
