The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggs cracks the inside of Kalashnikov's front leg.

Riggs cracks Kalashnikov with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Artur Kalashnikov has been cut.
Kalashnikov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Riggs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Riggs paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Kalashnikov is rocked!
Kalashnikov walks straight into a right hand from Riggs - that's dropped him! Riggs jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kalashnikov from any more punishment! Kalashnikov complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hendo Riggs!
A relieved looking Hendo Riggs thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
