Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Paris dives in and scores a takedown into Wagner's guard.
Paris is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Paris has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Paris is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Paris is in close to Wagner's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Paris is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
It looks like Paris might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Wagner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Paris on the ground.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Paris cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Paris is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Wagner is forced to tap! Great finish!

A relieved looking Cody Paris thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Zane Wagner spoke after the fight, saying 'I just was not good enough tonight, I was very disappointed because I had such a great camp. Props to my opponent for beating me tonight , but I will be back better than ever.'.
