The Crack Head comes to the cage accompanied by Mr. Flamboyant. The crowd seem to be enjoying Kulkunen's choice of entrance music: you gonna get it!. The key to victory for Tyrone The Crack Head has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyrone The Crack Head!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Veikko Kulkunen!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Crack Head tries a head kick but it misses.
Kulkunen has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as The Crack Head is landing a low percentage of strikes.
The Crack Head throws a head kick that misses.

Kulkunen scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Kulkunen prevents The Crack Head from standing back up.

The Crack Head is looking to escape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Crack Head won't allow Kulkunen to pass to mount.
Kulkunen moves nicely into side control.
The Crack Head knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kulkunen on the ground.
The Crack Head tries to improve position but can't.

The Crack Head wants to get back to his feet but Kulkunen is dominant here and he's now got The Crack Head's back!
Kulkunen has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of The Crack Head's body.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The Crack Head's coaches at Bruize Brothaz have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Kulkunen controlling well, preventing The Crack Head from escaping the position.
Kulkunen has good solid back control here.

The Crack Head is trying to get back to his feet but Kulkunen has full control of the position and if anything, The Crack Head has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Kulkunen keeps control of the position easily here as The Crack Head tries to buck him off.
Kulkunen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Let's hope that Kulkunen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The Crack Head might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Kulkunen is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. The Crack Head has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Kulkunen has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! The Crack Head taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Kulkunen doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Veikko Kulkunen!
In his post fight interview, Veikko Kulkunen started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Tyrone The Crack Head stepped up to the mic, saying 'F the UFC anyways!!!'.
