Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaleb throws a right and a left that Herring avoids nicely.
Herring tries to counter by clinching up but Kaleb breaks away and moves out of range.
Kaleb has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kaleb has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Herring uses from the top position.
Kaleb is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kaleb wants to control but Herring passes easily into half guard.
Kaleb is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kaleb is looking to get back to full guard here but Herring has managed to pass to side control instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Herring has hold of Kaleb's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kaleb tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Herring cranks the arm and Kaleb screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kaleb, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
