The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ky avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Ky doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Estes counters by moving into the clinch.
Estes wants to get back to striking at distance but Ky won't allow it.
Estes effectively controlling the action here.

Estes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ky misses with a takedown attempt - Estes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Estes is looking for a counter combo.

Ky is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Estes off. It looks like it's working - Estes slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Ky displaying calm under pressure there.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Murray Estes.
