The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esposito rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Staley counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Staley passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Esposito !
Staley wants to take Esposito 's back but he can't do it this time.
Staley moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Esposito has worked his arm free - good work by Esposito !
Staley is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Esposito is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Esposito is not content to let Staley control the position.

Staley works to advance to full mount. Esposito defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Staley has isolated one of Esposito 's arms. Esposito looking to fight him off but Staley twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
