Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Mahrous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Tay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tay has chosen PONPONPON as his entrance music. Abdul Mahrous has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Abdul Mahrous!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mahrous shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Tay looking for submissions off his back.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mahrous lands a nice short elbow.

Mahrous is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tay doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mahrous.

Mahrous uses his free foot to push down on Tay's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tay.
