Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blanxart shoots and misses
and Meat counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Pau Blanxart has been cut.
Meat thuds his right hand into Blanxart's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Blanxart.
Meat takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Blanxart scoring with punches from side control.
Meat wants to control but Blanxart postures up.
Blanxart lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Blanxart landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Meat can't do much from the bottom here.
Meat knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Blanxart on the ground.
Blanxart tries to advance to mount but can't.
Meat wants to control but Blanxart postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Meat stops Blanxart from passing to mount.
Meat takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Meat tries to bench press Blanxart off him but Blanxart keeps the position.
Blanxart looks up at the clock and then as Meat takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Blanxart smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Blanxart is working to tighten his grip on Meat's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Meat has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Blanxart is really squeezing tight and eventually Meat passes out! Blanxart breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
