The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A jab from Mahi misses.
Macdonald throws a big counter combination but Mahi scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Macdonald moves out of range of the strikes.
Macdonald throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A little jabbing left from Mahi on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Mahi avoids the head kick by Macdonald.
Mahi throws an overhand right that lands on Macdonald's shoulder, as Macdonald tries to avoid the shot.
Macdonald tried to score with a low kick but Mahi checks it.
Mahi appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Mahi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mahi just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Macdonald finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Mahi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Macdonald misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

It looks like Rory Macdonald has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mahi darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Mahi knocks out Macdonald with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Mahi before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Mahi picks up the big W with a huge KO!
