The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Veli with that takedown attempt.
Stanfield scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Giorgos Veli has been cut.
Stanfield definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Stanfield lands a leg kick that knocks Veli off balance momentarily.
Veli shoots in for a takedown but Stanfield shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Stanfield counters with a crisp right hand that drops Veli! Stanfield lets Veli back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Marlo Stanfield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Giorgos Veli.

Veli seems to have recovered his senses.
Veli tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stanfield swivels and escapes.
Veli goes for a double leg but Stanfield avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Stanfield continues to drive forward.

and Stanfield counters with a head kick that drops Veli to the mat! Veli scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Stanfield drops Veli with a huge uppercut! Veli drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Stanfield is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
