The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Kwiatkowski misses.
Salas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kwiatkowski pinned against the cage. Kwiatkowski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kwiatkowski appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Kwiatkowski has Salas up against the cage in a clinch.
Salas has had enough of the clinch but Kwiatkowski keeps him there for the moment.
Kwiatkowski working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Salas fails to pull the fight into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kwiatkowski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Salas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kwiatkowski pinned against the cage. Kwiatkowski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Salas gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Nico Salas has been cut.
Salas on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Salas dives in and grabs Kwiatkowski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kwiatkowski pushes down on Salas's head and hops out.
Salas slips a jab and a cross from Kwiatkowski.
Salas doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Kwiatkowski misses with a jab, cross combination.
As Kwiatkowski looks to move away, Salas throws a big counter combo but Kwiatkowski just gets out of the way.
Salas tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kwiatkowski defends well and Salas ends up having to push Kwiatkowski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Kwiatkowski thows a left - swing and a miss!
Salas seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Kwiatkowski throws a lazy right hand but Salas sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Salas swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Kwiatkowski circles away from the clinch attempt.

Kwiatkowski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Salas tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kwiatkowski smiles and moves away.
Kwiatkowski swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Kwiatkowski gets a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kwiatkowski is leaning against Salas and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Salas is breathing heavily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Salas has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kwiatkowski avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Kwiatkowski has Salas pressed against the cage.

Kwiatkowski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kwiatkowski misses with a hook. Salas ducked under it nicely.

Kwiatkowski closes the distance and pushes Salas back into the cage.

Kwiatkowski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kwiatkowski lands a jab-cross combination.
Kwiatkowski works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Salas is rocked!
Kwiatkowski lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Salas - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Kwiatkowski!

Lukas Kwiatkowski spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
