Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zorgas Borgas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sota Sankari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sankari comes into a darkened arena with his song building. For Heavy Metal we will die! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Zorgas Borgas could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sota Sankari's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sota Sankari!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Zorgas Borgas has been cut.
Borgas swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sankari misses the body punch
enabling Borgas to counter with a crisp jab.
An inside leg kick lands from Sankari.
No joy there for Borgas, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sankari looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Sankari comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Borgas clobbers Sankari with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Borgas throws a right and a left that both miss.

Sankari takes the fight into the clinch.
Borgas takes an elbow to the forehead.
Borgas trying to control the position but instead, Sankari has worked for underhooks and has pushed Borgas into the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Borgas fails to land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice elbow from Sankari.
Borgas wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sankari has him pressed against the cage.
Nice body punch from Sankari - that landed with a thud.
Borgas takes an elbow to the forehead.

Zorgas Borgas's cut is getting worse.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sankari missing with knees to the body.
Borgas lands with a left to the head.
Borgas's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Borgas is trying to maintain a safe position but Sankari gets an underhook and turns Borgas into the cage.
Sankari lands an uppercut.

Zorgas Borgas's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
A head punch on the inside from Borgas fails to land.
Borgas tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sankari presses Borgas against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Sankari comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Zorgas Borgas's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Sota Sankari!
In his post fight interview, Sota Sankari started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
