Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lucas Marston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Bangsit!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marston throws a jab when Bangsit was well out of range.
Marston misses with a wild body shot.
Marston stuffs the takedown attempt from Bangsit. Bangsit gets slowly back to his feet.
Marston circles away from the clinch attempt.
Marston lands a jab to Bangsit's midsection.
Marston misses the shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bangsit fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Marston avoids it really well and circles away.
Marston scores with a nice right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Marston jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A punch lands to the side of Bangsit 's head but he takes it in his stride.
A jab from Marston misses.
Bangsit closes the distance and clinches up with Marston, looking for a takedown. Bangsit pushes Marston against the cage but Marston circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lucas Marston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Bangsit.
Marston tries to bum rush Bangsit with a series of wild strikes but Bangsit uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bangsit is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Bangsit throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marston's waist but Marston gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bangsit off to one side.

and Marston counters with a left and a right that stings Bangsit.
Bangsit gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Marston counters with a nice right hand that sends Bangsit toppling to the canvas! Bangsit scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Marston finish him?!


Bangsit is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marston displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bangsit.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lucas Marston!
Lucas Marston opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
