The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yaroslav drives through with a takedown into guard.
Richards controls Yaroslav momentarily but Yaroslav frees himself.

Richards might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Richards tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Richards is trying to control the position from the bottom.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Richards holds on and takes a little breather.

Richards darts in and clinches Yaroslav up against the cage.

A close round but Oleg Yaroslav will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Yaroslav drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Richards's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Richards is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Yaroslav is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Richards is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
