The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lombarge on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Lombarge has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McVitie finds it's way round the side to connect with Lombarge's head.
The fighters circling - McVitie throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lombarge tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
McVitie's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lombarge under the eye.

McVitie lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Lombarge is rocked!

McVitie lands a left and a right that send Lombarge crashing to the mat, dazed. McVitie thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lombarge is still on wobbly legs! Can McVitie finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lombarge doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
