The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Angelo.
Angelo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Angelo bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Roth! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Weston Roth has been cut.

Angelo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Roth wants to get back to his feet but Angelo is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Angelo wants to stand and escape but instead Roth has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Roth is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Angelo controls Roth momentarily but Roth frees himself.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Roth accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Angelo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roth. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Roth connects with a nice short shot to Angelo's temple.

Angelo throws a looping overhand right but Roth ducks down to avoid it.

A jab-cross combination lands for Angelo and sends Roth crashing to the mat! Angelo follows him down to the mat - Roth regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Oh Roth is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
