Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zackary Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shakur Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ambitionz Az a Ridah. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller takes a swing at Davis's ribcage but misses.
Davis throws a right and a left that Miller avoids nicely.
Davis pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Miller shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Davis fails to land with a series of punches.
Miller fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Miller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Davis's waist but Davis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Miller off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zackary Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Davis misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Miller half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

and Davis counters with a one-two to the body.
Miller lands a jab to the head.

Miller gets tackled into the cage by Davis. Davis maintains the clinch.
Davis has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Davis is looking to break free of the clinch but Miller has double underhooks.

Miller breaks from the clinch.
Miller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it.
Miller doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Davis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Miller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Davis was well out of range. Poor timing from Miller.
Shakur Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Miller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Miller shoots in looking for a takedown. Davis tries to sprawl out of it but Miller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Davis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Davis shoots in looking for a takedown but Miller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Davis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Davis dodges the punch combination from Miller.
Davis lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Davis.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Miller shoots in and drives through. Davis sprawls well.
Davis is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Miller is breathing heavily.
Davis fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Davis moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Miller is rocked!
Davis catches Miller with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Miller forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

A less than humble Shakur Davis misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
