Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Henshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jhefersson Rodrigues (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jhefersson Rodrigues will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rodrigues looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Rodrigues decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Henshaw tries for a takedown but Rodrigues sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Rodrigues shoots in and gets a takedown into Henshaw's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Henshaw wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Rodrigues must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Henshaw bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rodrigues's guard.

Henshaw wants to control from the top but Rodrigues keeps moving.

Rodrigues is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Henshaw looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Henshaw tries to pass the half guard into mount. Rodrigues knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Henshaw is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rodrigues is just riding it out for now. Henshaw eventually gives up the hold.
Rodrigues really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Henshaw. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Rodrigues has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Henshaw is working away from the top position though.

Henshaw frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Henshaw tries to control but Rodrigues wriggling away.

Henshaw has control of Rodrigues's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rodrigues regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Rodrigues is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Rodrigues is squirming around, avoiding Henshaw's attempts to control the action.

We've been informed that Rodrigues has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Henshaw sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Rodrigues taps out!
