The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang throws a leg kick but Holloway moved away.
Bang thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bang ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Bang tries to work over Holloway 's front leg with a kick but Holloway checks it.

Bang lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Bang drops back looking for a leg! Holloway is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Holloway manages to kick Bang off! Bang jumps back into Holloway 's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bang is standing up over Holloway . Holloway looks to escape but Bang dives into side control.

Bang lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Holloway seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bang does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Holloway is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looked like Holloway was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Holloway shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bang as he avoids it easily.

Ho Doo Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bang lands with an overhand left.
Holloway tries to clinch up but Bang circles away and keeps his distance.

After the fight, Ho Doo Bang was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
