Williams comes to the ring accompanied by Hollywood Undead - Been to Hell . Kevin Mayweather has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mayweather avoids the body shot from Williams.
Mayweather wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Williams fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mayweather looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Williams walks forward, straight into a front kick from Mayweather.
Mayweather keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Williams on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Williams stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Mayweather scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mayweather misses with a low kick.
Mayweather thuds a left hand into Williams's body.
Williams on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Williams avoids the head kick by Mayweather.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mayweather darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Williams swings away with a body shot that misses
and Mayweather counters with a nice leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Williams.
Williams throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mayweather tries a quick counter leg kick but Williams is wise to it.
Mayweather moves out of range as Williams strikes.

Mayweather looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Williams throws a body punch but Mayweather moves out of range.
Mayweather was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Williams checks a leg kick.
Williams avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Williams was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Williams bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mayweather's head.
Mayweather looks to land a body kick but Williams moved away.
Williams moves out of range of the body kick.
A decent looking cross lands there for Mayweather.
A combination from Williams does no damage.
Mayweather fails to land with a series of punches.
Mayweather fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Williams lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mayweather misses with a looping left.
It looked like Williams was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Williams lands with a shot to the body.
Williams checks the leg kick nicely there.
A quick step to the side and Williams tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mayweather fakes the leg kick and cracks Williams in the body.

Mayweather goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Williams is rocked!
Williams scores with a jab. Mayweather acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Williams swinging wildly here.
Mayweather throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Williams stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mayweather.
Williams has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Williams there as he acknowledges the shot.
Mayweather uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams.
Williams is looking to wear down Mayweather with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Williams misses the jab.
Williams goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Nice body punch from Mayweather.
Williams misses with a wild body shot.
Mayweather doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Kevin Mayweather seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mayweather looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Williams misses with a body punch
and Mayweather counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mayweather wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance.
Williams throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mayweather counters with a left and a right that stings Williams.
Oh Williams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Williams slips under a jab from Mayweather.

Mayweather throws a front kick to the face that drops Williams face first to the mat! Oh, he's in big trouble! He's stumbling all over the place and has face planted into the ropes, causing the referee to call an end to the fight! What a finish!

A very excited looking Kevin Mayweather made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Sean Carter Williams spoke after the fight, saying 'This is my final MMA fight and will be devoting all my time into training my sons and getting into the kickboxing world. I'm just to old to focus on MMA preparation an will be doing only stand up.'.
