Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monroe Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jackson sprawls well. Jackson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Willis gets slowly back to his feet.
Jackson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Jackson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jackson showed some decent athleticism there.
Willis tries to roll over but Jackson keeps him under control.

Willis shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Willis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Jackson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Willis manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Willis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jackson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jackson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Monroe Willis.
