Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zachery Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Sten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guy closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Guy lands in his opponent's guard.
Guy stays in close to Sten's body and controls the position.
Guy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sten on the ground.
Sten is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guy shoots for a double leg takedown but Sten sprawls well. He's pushed Guy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Guy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sten looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Guy with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Sten is looking to improve his position but Guy isn't that keen on the idea.

Guy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Sten is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Guy shoots for a takedown but Sten saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sten postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Guy covers up, he's hurt! Sten keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Sten and the ref steps in to end the fight! Sten can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
