Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eamonn McGuigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Horizon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close second round but I would say that Eamonn McGuigan will probably get the nod.

Horizon has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed McGuigan clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

McGuigan's legs have taken a beating and he's really slowing down as a result.

Horizon wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGuigan keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Well, if Horizon is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
McGuigan regains full guard. Nicely done.
Horizon seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
McGuigan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
McGuigan is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Evan Horizon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
