The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Arnold's waist but Arnold gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Allen off to one side.
Allen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Arnold sprawls well. Arnold wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Allen gets slowly back to his feet.
Arnold is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Arnold drives through with a takedown into Allen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Arnold postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Allen's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Arnold is holding on here and Allen must be using up a lot of energy. Arnold has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Allen gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
