The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul throws a hook but Todd blocks it.
Todd looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Todd jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Todd avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Paul tries to clinch but Todd moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Todd on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Paul fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Mike Todd has been cut.

Todd tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Paul defends well and Todd ends up having to push Paul into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Todd tries for a takedown but Paul sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
