Mcfadden bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Prather Iii can't do much from the bottom here.
Prather Iii might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mcfadden haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Prather Iii counters with a single leg into guard. Mcfadden didn't expect that.

Mcfadden manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Prather Iii is breathing heavily.
Mcfadden has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Prather Iii avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Prather Iii drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mcfadden gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Mcfadden went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Mcfadden throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Prather Iii.

Prather Iii shoots for a double leg takedown but Mcfadden sprawls well. He's pushed Prather Iii's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Mcfadden counters with a three punch combo that has Prather Iii backing up. Prather Iii nods at Mcfadden to acknowledge the strikes.

Mcfadden is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Prather Iii can't fight it off and eventually Mcfadden manages to take the fight to the floor. Prather Iii looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
