The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Yakimyuk swings for the body but Machine moves out of range.
Machine swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Machine takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Machine misses with an uppercut. Yakimyuk saw that one coming.
Yakimyuk moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
A head kick misses from Machine.
Yakimyuk tried to counter with a leg kick but Machine avoided it.
Yakimyuk looks to throw the jab but Machine is out of range.
Machine throws out a counter right but Yakimyuk avoids it with no problem.
Machine lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Roman Yakimyuk has been cut.
No joy there for Yakimyuk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Machine has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Good exchange - Machine coming out on top.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yakimyuk tries to get into range but Machine steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Yakimyuk! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Machine scores the big KO victory!
