Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gennady Golovkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seiya Omega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seiya Omega has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gennady Golovkin's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golovkin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Omega fails in his attempt to clinch.
Golovkin throwing a counter right hand but Omega manages to avoid it.
Golovkin bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Omega's head backwards.
Golovkin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Golovkin works Omega's body with a nice hook.
Golovkin throws a jab when Omega was well out of range.
Omega throws a series of punches but Golovkin avoids them all with ease.
A big left from Golovkin misses.
Omega shoots in and drives through. Golovkin sprawls well.
Golovkin was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Golovkin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Omega tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Golovkin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Omega rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Golovkin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Golovkin drops Omega with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Omega looks back up at him and smiles so Golovkin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Omega is rocked!

Omega gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Omega is still on wobbly legs! Can Golovkin finish him?

Golovkin seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Gennady Golovkin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Golovkin drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Omega right on the button. Omega goes down! Golovkin follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Golovkin gets the win via TKO!
