Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genaro Wells (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Gacy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Genaro Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gacy swats away the attempt to clinch by Wells.

Gacy moves into range and clinches up with Wells.
Wells has had enough of the clinch but Gacy keeps him there for the moment.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Wells.
Wells misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Gacy.
Wells really is a fat lump.

Gacy gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Horrible takedown attempt by Wells or perhaps it was just good defense by Gacy, which made it look bad.

Gacy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wells napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Wells throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

That was a close round but I would say that Genaro Wells will probably get the nod.

Gacy throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Wells counters with a series of strikes. Gacy will be more careful next time no doubt.

Gacy instigates a clinch.

Gacy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wells shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gacy but Gacy pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wells tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gacy paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gacy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Genaro Wells overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That was a close second round but I would say that Genaro Wells will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Wells darts in looking for a takedown but Gacy gets double underhooks and turns Wells into the cage.
John Gacy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wells is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wells throws a head kick that Gacy semi-blocks.
Wells tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gacy was well out of range. Poor timing from Wells.

Gacy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wells sprawls well initially but Gacy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Wells trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gacy avoids the attempt from Wells to control.

Gacy throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Wells!

Gacy is persistently looking for the submission but Wells is defending it well.

Wells is having to fend off submission attempts from Gacy, who is looking to sink in the choke. Gacy doesn't have the hooks in though and Wells manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.

Wells drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wells jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

John Gacy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
