Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elton Knapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Baller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Elton Knapp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knapp avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Knapp clinches up with Baller and pushes him back against the cage.
Baller is pressed up against the cage. Knapp has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Baller down to the mat. Baller avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Baller misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Knapp.
Knapp closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Knapp lands in his opponent's guard.
Baller is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Baller had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Knapp defends it easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Knapp accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Baller has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Knapp really is a fat lump.

Knapp is working for takedown but Baller is calmly controlling the position for now.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Baller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Baller tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Knapp paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Knapp tries to break free but Baller pushes him back against the cage.
Knapp goes for a takedown attempt but Baller pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Baller just misses with a elbow thrown towards Knapp's brow.
Knapp is trying to push Baller away but Baller has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Knapp jumps guard but Baller stands there with Knapp around his waist. Knapp gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Knapp has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Baller is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Knapp jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Baller walks away with a smile on his face. Knapp gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Knapp shoots in for a takedown but Baller shows good takedown defense.
It seemed like Baller was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Knapp drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Elton Knapp has been cut.
Brian Baller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baller instigates a clinch.
Knapp breaks the clinch.
Baller moves in looking to clinch but Knapp pushes him off.
Baller moves into range and clinches up with Knapp.
Baller throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Knapp blocks it with crossed arms.
Knapp tries for a takedown. No joy.
Knapp is breathing heavily.
Knapp can't get the takedown.
Knapp wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Baller landing knees to the body.
Knapp tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Knapp jumps guard but Baller stands there with Knapp around his waist. Knapp gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Knapp goes for a takedown attempt but Baller pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Knapp takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Baller takes the fight into the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Baller digs a right hand into Knapp's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Knapp's gas tank.
Knapp blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Knapp is trying to drag Baller to the mat but Baller just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Baller dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Elton Knapp's cut.
That's time! Knapp's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Baller has managed to clinch.
Baller prevents Knapp from breaking the clinch.
Knapp jumps guard but Baller turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
A right hand to the body from Baller.
Baller keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Knapp's efforts to push away.
Knapp can't break the clinch.
Baller pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Knapp tries to circle away but Baller has him pinned against the cage.
Knapp wants to take the fight to the mat but Baller manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Baller has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As Baller backs away, Knapp returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Baller digs a good body shot into Knapp's ribs.
Baller circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Knapp to the canvas! Knapp doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Baller keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
