The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rogers throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Burmeister.
Rogers scoring well with a low kick there.
Rogers misses with a head kick.
Rogers tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rogers moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
It looks like John Burmeister has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fight stays on the outside here - Burmeister looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rogers lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Rogers misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rogers fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rogers uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Burmeister is rocked!
Rogers pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Oh Burmeister is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burmeister drops his hands momentarily and Rogers needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Burmeister just on the top of the head. Burmeister drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Burmeister - he's done!
