Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Beach Bum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uzziah Judah!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bum looks to land a right hand but Judah moved out of range.
Bum misses with the combination.
Judah connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Judah bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Beach Bum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Judah takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Bum throws the left hand but Judah avoids the punch easily.
Judah uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bum.
Judah slips a jab from Bum.
Judah throws out a counter right but Bum avoids it with no problem.
Nice uppercut there from Bum.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bum bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Judah's head backwards.
Judah lands a nice shot that snaps Bum's head back.
Bum misses with a hook. Judah ducked under it nicely.
Judah punishes Bum's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Judah throws a looping overhand right but Bum ducks down to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bum throws a hook but Judah blocks it.
A little jabbing left from Judah on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Judah lands with a right hand.
Bum moves to clinch but Judah breaks away
and Judah counters with a stiff right hand.
Bum swings widly with a right hand
and Judah counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Judah blocks a jab.
It seemed like Judah was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Bum.
Bum is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Judah has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bum tries for a kimura but Judah is defending well.
Bum trying to control the action but Judah is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bum is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Judah is trying to escape and Bum transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Judah is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bum! Very nice indeed!

Our winner, Beach Bum, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
