Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Von Cranial (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Hotline (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cranial throws a body punch but Hotline moves out of range.
Hotline is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Hotline gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Von Cranial seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hotline tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cranial swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cranial looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fighters circling - Cranial throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
It seemed like Hotline was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hotline tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hotline tries to clinch but Cranial moves out of range.
Cranial lands with a cross.
Hotline takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Cranial throws a body shot but no joy.
Hotline tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Cranial manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cranial swings for the body but Hotline moves out of range.
Hotline looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Cranial tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hotline was well out of range. Poor timing from Cranial.
Cranial misses with a two punch combination.
Hotline displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cranial throws out the jab.

and Cranial counters with a nice uppercut.

Cranial cracks Hotline with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cranial has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hotline to stand back up!

Hotline tries to clinch there but Cranial circles away.
Cranial lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Hotline out cold! Hotline is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the ropes! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

Von Cranial retains his heavyweight title!
