Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pippo Zippo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Laranja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Renato Laranja is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zippo lands a nice shot that snaps Laranja's head back.

Laranja fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Zippo avoids it really well and circles away.

Zippo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Laranja wants to clinch but Zippo slips to the side
and Zippo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.

Renato Laranja is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zippo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Zippo circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Laranja to the canvas! Laranja doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Zippo keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
