Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Machoo Proboo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Sten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Proboo throws a chopping leg kick but Sten manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Sten looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Proboo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Sten wants to work for an arm triangle but Proboo is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Sten takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sten connects with a nice short shot to Proboo's temple.
Proboo is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sten scores with a couple of nice shots.
