The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesley throws a body shot but no joy.
Wesley jabs Boring right on the nose. Boring blinks but takes it well.
Wesley fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Boring looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Boring is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
A jab lands there for Boring.

It looks like Christian Wesley has been cut.
Nice shot lands for Wesley.
Wesley with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boring to score with a decent uppercut.
Boring misses with a body punch
and Wesley counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bragi Boring seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boring misses with a hook
and Wesley counters with a stiff right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wesley uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Boring ducks right into an uppercut from Wesley.
Boring looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Wesley is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Boring had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
A lazy left from Boring finds it's target.
The crowd cheers as Wesley lands an impressive looking overhand right. Boring doesn't seem phased though.

Boring misses with a wild body shot.
Wesley cracks Boring with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Boring falls to his knees and Wesley doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
