Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ozamataz Buckshank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Dux!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buckshank moves out of range of the strikes.
Dux throws a right hand that misses
and Buckshank counters with a leg kick.
Dux throws a poor cross that misses
and Dux takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dux misses with an uppercut.
A little feinted left hand from Buckshank on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Buckshank throws a leg kick which misses Dux's front leg but catches the back leg as Dux tries to avoid it.
Buckshank moves out of range of the strikes.
Buckshank misses with a head kick.
That kick from Buckshank tenderised Dux's leg. Dux is trying to keep his angry face on.
Dux misses with the combination.
Dux steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Buckshank. That one must have hurt.
Donk. Buckshank catches Dux right on the button with a cross.
Buckshank ducks under a wild hook from Dux.
We've been told by Buckshank's head coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Dux throws a sloppy head kick and Buckshank moves out of range easily.
We've been informed that Dux has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dux on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Buckshank gets a clinch.
Buckshank lands with a left to the head.

Buckshank on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Buckshank lands with a light punch inside.
Buckshank digs a right hand into Dux's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Dux's gas tank.
Dux tries a body shot but Buckshank blocks it.
Buckshank lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Buckshank lands with a left to the head.
Buckshank lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dux backwards.
Buckshank cracks Dux with a nice body shot.
Buckshank lands a shoulder strike.
Buckshank is working Dux over against the cage.
Dux throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Buckshank blocks it with crossed arms.
Buckshank lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dux or not.
Dux looks winded!
Buckshank is pushing Dux up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Buckshank can't find room to land a body shot as Dux controls the action.

A nice right hand lands inside from Buckshank.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Buckshank works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Buckshank avoids a wild elbow strike from Dux.
Buckshank presses Dux against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Buckshank gets through Dux's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Dux missing with knees to the body.
Dux is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Buckshank is defending well for now.
Buckshank lands with a light punch inside.

Dux's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Buckshank lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dux backwards.
Buckshank creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Dux with a big uppercut! Dux tries to clinch up but Buckshank pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Dux to the mat! Dux covers up and Buckshank unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
