Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Rodri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asharad Hett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jose Rodri has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hett closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hett lands in his opponent's guard.
Rodri wants to get back to his feet but Hett passes into half guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Hett lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Hett won't allow Rodri to sweep him here.

Hett postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Rodri covers up, he's hurt! Hett keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hett and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hett can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
