Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Barron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Full Eye Yong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Barron looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Skip Squint and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Yong - that will leave a mark!
Barron tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Yong. Barron shrugs it off though.

Barron on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Full Eye Yong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Yong enables Barron to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Yong manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Yong is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Yong is pushing Barron's head away, looking to escape. Barron manages to hold on to the position though.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Barron takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A good leg kick by Yong.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Barron crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yong - the referee stops the clock and Barron gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yong. Barron manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Barron escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Yong thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Barron if he has to take too many more of those.

Well Yong has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
